iCloud has obviously been priced with an eye on the competition. If it works well I could be swapping from my 50Gb Dropbox account to iCloud. But that’s a big ‘if’. One of the things I love about Dropbox is that you can share a folder and create an ad-hoc group as needed, and once the person accept the folder just ‘appears’ in their Dropbox. And that works across OS X, iOS, Windows.
