I love classic cars, and blog about my 1968 Rover P5B Coupe, writing articles and sharing period media (www.roverp5.com). I also have a 1972 Alfa Giulia Coupe, but don’t currently have a blog for that (there is a limit!).
I also enjoy reading and learning about technology. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and it’s application in customer service is a particular interest – 2015 seems to be an inflection point, where enterprises are starting to investigate how AI will be adopted and venture capital is flowing into AI startups. The selling of AI is a large part of my work at Nuance, where we apply Virtual Assistants and AI to customer service in large enterprises. My site (www.intelligentcustomerservice.com) is very new (almost empty in fact, as of September 2015) but I’ll write more over the next few months.
